SEC. 768. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used in contravention of— (1) section 9(b)(10) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1758(b)(10)); or (2) section 245.8 of title 7, Code of Federal Regulations.
