SEC. 307. (a) Section 1871(b) of title 28, United States Code, is amended in paragraph (1) by striking “$40” and inserting “$50”. (b) [28 U.S.C. 1871 note] Effective Date.—The amendment made in subsection (a) shall take effect 45 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
