SEC. 541. (rescissions). The following unobligated balances made available to the Department of Homeland Security pursuant to section 505 of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2017 (Public Law 115-31) are rescinded: (1) $2,941,804 from “U.S. Customs and Border Protection—Operations and Support”; (2) $24,337,865 from “Coast Guard—Operating Expenses”; (3) $260,584 from “Coast Guard—Reserve Training”; (4) $308,974 from “Coast Guard—Acquisition, Construction, and Improvements”; (5) $106,894 from “Federal Emergency Management Agency—Operations and Support”; and (6) $23,938 from “Office of Health Affairs—Operations and Support”.
