SEC. 114. republic of palau. There is appropriated $123,824,000 for an additional amount for “Compact of Free Association”, which shall remain available until expended for use in meeting the financial obligations of the Government of the United States under the Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Republic of Palau Following the Compact of Free Association Section 432 Review, signed on September 3, 2010, with the funding schedule therein modified by the Parties as necessary and appropriate (“Compact Review Agreement”): Provided, That funds may not be made available under this section prior to the Compact Review Agreement and its appendices entering into force.
