SEC. 117. extension of authorities. (a) Division II of Public Law 104-333 (54 U.S.C. 320101 note), as amended by section 116(b)(2) of Public Law 114-113, is amended in each of sections 203, 310, and 607, by striking “2017” and inserting “2019”. (b) Section 140(j) of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2004 (54 U.S.C. 320101 note; Public Law 108-108; 117 Stat. 1280) is amended by striking “15 years” and inserting “17 years”.
