SEC. 310. (rescission). Section 401(b)(7)(A)(iv)(VIII) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1070a(b)(7)(A)(iv)(VIII)) is amended by striking “$1,382,000,000” and inserting “$1,334,000,000”.
