SEC. 130. [2 U.S.C. 605a] contracting parity. In fiscal year 2018 and thereafter, for all contracts for goods and services to which the Congressional Budget Office is a party, the following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses will apply: FAR 52.232-39 and FAR 52.233-4.
