SEC. 237. (rescission of funds). Of the unobligated balance of funds made available in the sixth proviso under the heading “Department of Veterans Affairs—Veterans Health Administration—Medical Services” in title II of Division J of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2016 (Public Law 114-113), $751,000,000 is hereby rescinded.
