(a) Of the unobligated balances available to the President under the heading “Development Assistance”, as identified by Treasury Appropriation Fund Symbol 72 X 1021, $23,766,000 are rescinded. (b) Of the unobligated balances available under the heading “Export and Investment Assistance, Export-Import Bank of the United States” for carryover under the heading “Receipts Collected” in the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2015 (division J of Public Law 113-235), $10,000,000 are rescinded.
