FUNDING FOR AVIATION PROGRAMS.
SEC. 107. FUNDING FOR AVIATION PROGRAMS. The budget authority authorized in this title, including the amendments made by this title, shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of subsections (a)(1)(B) and (a)(2) of section 48114 of title 49, United States Code, for fiscal year 2018.
