STATE RESPONSE PROGRAM FUNDING.
SEC. 15. STATE RESPONSE PROGRAM FUNDING. Section 128(a)(3) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (42 U.S.C. 9628(a)(3)) is amended to read as follows:
“(3) Funding.—There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023.”
