SEC. 401. CONSENT OF CONGRESS TO AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA. Congress consents to the amendments to the Constitution of the State of Arizona proposed by House Concurrent Resolution 2001 of the 52nd Legislature of the State of Arizona, First Special Session, 2015, entitled “A Concurrent Resolution Proposing an Amendment to the Constitution of Arizona; Amending Article X, Section 7, Constitution of Arizona; Amending Article XI, Constitution of Arizona, by Adding Section 11; Relating to Education Finance”, approved by the voters of the State of Arizona at the special election held on May 17, 2016.
