SEC. 107. AMENDMENT RELATING TO UNITED STATES-KOREA FREE TRADE AGREEMENT IMPLEMENTATION ACT.
(a) [19 U.S.C. 3805 note] Amendment Relating to Section 501.—Section 501(b) of the United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act is amended by striking “returns required to be filed” and inserting “documents prepared”.
(b) [19 U.S.C. 3805 note] Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall take effect as if included in section 501 of the United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act.
