SEC. 114. [38 U.S.C. 1703D note] PROCESSING OF CLAIMS FOR REIMBURSEMENT THROUGH ELECTRONIC INTERFACE. The Secretary of Veterans Affairs may enter into an agreement with a third-party entity to process, through the use of an electronic interface, claims for reimbursement for health care provided under the laws administered by the Secretary.
