SUNSET OF VETERANS CHOICE PROGRAM.
SEC. 143. [38 U.S.C. 1701 note] SUNSET OF VETERANS CHOICE PROGRAM. Subsection (p) of section 101 of the Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-146; 38 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended to read as follows:
“(p) Authority To Furnish Care and Services.—The Secretary may not use the authority under this section to furnish care and services after the date that is 1 year after the date of the enactment of the Caring for Our Veterans Act of 2018.”
