SEC. 937. [10 U.S.C. 1564 note] ADDITIONAL MATTERS IN CONNECTION WITH BACKGROUND AND SECURITY INVESTIGATIONS FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE PERSONNEL. Section 925(k)(3) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91)is amended— (1) by redesignating subparagraphs (H) through (L) as subparagraphs (I) through (M), respectively; and (2) by inserting after subparagraph (G) the following new subparagraph (H): “(H) The number of denials or revocations of a security clearance by each authorized adjudicative agency that occurred separately from a periodic reinvestigation.” .
