SEC. 1423. CONSOLIDATION OF REPORTING REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE STRATEGIC AND CRITICAL MATERIALS STOCK PILING ACT. Section 11 of the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act (50 U.S.C. 98h-2) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking “January 15” and inserting “February 15”; and (2) in subsection (b)— (A) in paragraph (1), by striking “Not later” and all that follows through “report containing” and inserting “Each report under subsection (a) shall also include”; and (B) in paragraph (2)— (i) by striking “Each” in the first sentence and inserting “With respect to the plan described in paragraph (1), each”; and (ii) by striking “Each such report” in the second sentence and inserting “With respect to such plan, each report”.
