SEC. 1070. REPORT ON UNMANNED AIRCRAFT IN ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY. (a) Report.—Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense and the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall jointly submit to the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, and the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs of the Senate a report on whether legislative action is required to prevent low flying unmanned aircraft from disrupting funerals at Arlington National Cemetery. (b) Unmanned Aircraft Defined.—In this section, the term “unmanned aircraft” has the meaning given such term in section 331(8) of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 (Public Law 112-95; 49 U.S.C. 40101 note).
