SEC. 2864. STUDY AND REPORT ON INCLUSION OF COLEMAN BRIDGE, YORK RIVER, VIRGINIA, IN STRATEGIC HIGHWAY NETWORK. (a) Study.—The Commander of the United States Transportation Command shall conduct a study of the feasibility and desirability of including the George P. Coleman Memorial Bridge on the York River, Virginia, and United States Route 17 in the Strategic Highway Network. (b) Report.—Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Commander shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the results of the study conducted under subsection (a).
