CAPITAL INVESTMENT PLAN.
SEC. 3525. CAPITAL INVESTMENT PLAN. Section 2902(a) of title 14, United States Code, is amended—
(1) by striking “On the date” and inserting “Not later than 60 days after the date”;
(2) in paragraph (1)(D), by striking “and”; and
(3) by inserting after paragraph (1)(E) the following:
“(F) projected commissioning and decommissioning dates for each asset; and”
