SEC. 3538. SYSTEM ACQUISITION AUTHORIZATION. (a) Requirement for Prior Authorization of Appropriations.—Section 2701(2) of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking “and aircraft” and inserting “aircraft, and systems”. (b) Authorization of Appropriations.—Section 2702(2) of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking “and aircraft” and inserting “aircraft, and systems”.
