SEC. 103. extension of authority. Section 21(d) of Senate Resolution 64 of the One Hundred Thirteenth Congress, 1st session (agreed to on March 5, 2013), as amended by section 178 of the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2017 (division C of Public Law 114-223), is further amended by striking “December 31, 2018” and inserting “December 31, 2020”.
