SEC. 204. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY FOR DEDUCTION OF OVERPAYMENTS FOR HEALTH CARE. Section 1703D(e)(1) is amended— (1) by striking “shall” and inserting “may”; and (2) by inserting before the period at the end the following: “and may use any other means authorized by another provision of law to correct or recover overpayments”.
