DEFINITION OF APPROPRIATE COMMITTEES OF CONGRESS.
SEC. 101. [49 U.S.C. 40101 note] DEFINITION OF APPROPRIATE COMMITTEES OF CONGRESS. In this division, the term “appropriate committees of Congress” means the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives.
