SEC. 336. SECONDARY COCKPIT BARRIERS. (a) [49 U.S.C. 44903 note] Short Title.—This section may be cited as the “Saracini Aviation Safety Act of 2018”. (b) Requirement.—Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall issue an order requiring installation of a secondary cockpit barrier on each new aircraft that is manufactured for delivery to a passenger air carrier in the United States operating under the provisions of part 121 of title 14, Code of Federal Regulations.
