SEC. 339. [49 U.S.C. 44903 note] CIVIL PENALTIES FOR INTERFERENCE. (a) Interference With Cabin or Flight Crew.—Section 46318(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting “or sexually” after “physically” each place it appears; and (2) by striking “$25,000” and inserting “$35,000”.
