DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 702. [49 U.S.C. 40101 note] DEFINITIONS. In this title, the following definitions apply: (1) Administrator.—The term “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration. (2) FAA.—The term “FAA” means the Federal Aviation Administration. (3) NASA.—The term “NASA” means the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. (4) Secretary.—The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Transportation.
