SEC. 573. REIMBURSEMENT FOR IMMIGRATION INSPECTIONS. Section 286(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1356(i)) is amended—
(1) by inserting “, train,” after “commercial aircraft”; and
(2) by inserting “, rail line,” after “airport”.
