SEC. 578. JUDICIAL REVIEW FOR PROPOSED ALTERNATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES. Section 330 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(2), by striking “5 States” and inserting “2 States”; and (2) in subsection (e)— (A) in paragraph (2)(A), by striking “2 years” and inserting “150 days as set forth in section 139(l)”; and (B) in paragraph (3)(B)(i), by striking “2 years” and inserting “150 days as set forth in section 139(l)”.
