SEC. 1414. INSPECTOR GENERAL OF THE CORPORATION. (a) In General.—Section 8G(a)(2) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by inserting “the United States International Development Finance Corporation,” after “the Smithsonian Institution,”. (b) Oversight Independence.—Section 8G(a)(4) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (H), by striking “; and” and inserting a semicolon; (2) in subparagraph (I), by striking the semicolon and inserting “; and”; and (3) by adding at the end the following: “(J) with respect to the United States International Development Finance Corporation, such term means the Board of Directors of the United States International Development Finance Corporation;” .
