DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 1802. [46 U.S.C. 70102 note] DEFINITIONS. In this division: (1) Appropriate committees of congress.—The term “appropriate committees of Congress” means— (A) the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate; (B) the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; (C) the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives; and (D) the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives. (2) TSA.—The term “TSA” means the Transportation Security Administration.
