FACILITY INSPECTION INTERVALS.
SEC. 1806. FACILITY INSPECTION INTERVALS. Section 70103(c)(4)(D) of title 46, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:
ā(D) subject to the availability of appropriations, periodically, but not less than one time per year, conduct a risk-based, no notice facility inspection to verify the effectiveness of each such facility security plan.ā
