SEC. 1982. [49 U.S.C. 114 note] BEST PRACTICES TO SECURE AGAINST VEHICLE-BASED ATTACKS. Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall disseminate best practices to public and private stakeholders regarding how to enhance transportation security against the threat of a vehicle-based terrorist attack.
