MEMBERSHIP OF THE INTERAGENCY MARINE DEBRIS COORDINATING COMMITTEE.
SEC. 104. MEMBERSHIP OF THE INTERAGENCY MARINE DEBRIS COORDINATING COMMITTEE. Section 5(b) of the Marine Debris Act (33 U.S.C. 1954(b)) is amended—
(1) in paragraph (4), by striking “; and” and inserting a semicolon;
(2) by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (7); and
(3) by inserting after paragraph (4) the following:
“(5) the Department of State;
“(6) the Department of the Interior; and”
