SEC. 1124. COST-SHARE PAYMENT FOR CERTAIN PROJECTS. The Secretary shall, subject to the availability of appropriations, pay the outstanding balance of the Federal cost share for any project carried out under section 593 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 380).
