SEC. 1130. BENEFICIAL USE OF DREDGED MATERIAL. Section 1122 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 (33 U.S.C. 2326 note) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(1), by striking “10” and inserting “20”; and (2) in subsection (g), by striking “10” and inserting “20”.
