SEC. 1223. CEDAR RIVER, IOWA. Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall complete and submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report summarizing the path forward and timeline to implement the project for flood risk management at Cedar River, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, authorized by section 7002(2) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 (128 Stat. 1366).
