SEC. 1226. MISSOURI RIVER. (a) IRC Report.—Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate a report regarding the impacts of interception-rearing complex construction on the navigation, flood control, and other authorized purposes set forth in the Missouri River Master Manual, and on the population recovery of the pallid sturgeon. (b) No Additional IRC Construction.—Until the report under subsection (a) is submitted, no additional interception-rearing complex construction is authorized.
