SEC. 203. AUTHORIZED LEVELS OF MILITARY STRENGTH AND TRAINING. Section 4904 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking “for each of fiscal years 2016 and 2017” and inserting “for fiscal year 2018 and 44,500 for fiscal year 2019”; and (2) in subsection (b), by striking “fiscal years 2016 and 2017” and inserting “fiscal years 2018 and 2019”.
