735.Any amounts transferred pursuant to section 149 of the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2017 (division C of Public Law 114-223), as amended by the Further Continuing and Security Assistance Appropriations Act, 2017 (Public Law 114-254), that the Secretary of Agriculture determines are not necessary for the cost of direct telecommunications loans authorized by section 305 of the Rural Electrification Act of 1936 (7 U.S.C. 935) shall be transferred back to the accounts to which they were originally appropriated and shall be available for the same purposes as originally appropriated.
