756.The Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, shall issue final regulations revising the Federal drug regulations (as defined in section 1112(c) of such Act (21 U.S.C. 360dd note)) with respect to medical gases not later than July 15, 2017.
