768.In addition to funds appropriated in this Act, there is hereby appropriated $500,000, to remain available until September 30, 2018, under the heading Rural Development, Salaries and Expenses, for development of an implementation plan for increasing access to education in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in rural communities through the Distance Learning and Telemedicine program.
