770.(a)Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available in fiscal year 2016 for the Comprehensive Loan Accounting System under the heading Rural Development, Salaries and Expenses, $8,900,000 are hereby rescinded.(b)For an additional amount for Rural Development, Salaries and Expenses, $8,900,000, to remain available until September 30, 2018, is provided for Information Technology modernization activities.
