9023.(a)The Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle Fund provided for by section 123 of Public Law 110-92 (121 Stat. 992) is hereby terminated, effective as of the date of the enactment of this Act.(b)Any unobligated balances in the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle Fund as of the date of the enactment of this Act shall, notwithstanding any provision of subchapter IV of chapter 15 of title 31, United States Code, or the procedures under such subchapter, be deposited in the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.
