212.(a)Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives a comprehensive plan for immigration data improvement.(b)The plan required in subsection (a) shall include—(1)an action plan detailing necessary engagement with Federal partners, major milestones, and an estimated timeline for each of the major milestones leading to completion of the plan;(2)a staffing plan, detailing the positions and titles for both Federal and contract staff necessary to execute the plan; and(3)an estimate of the funding necessary to implement the plan.
