216.The reporting requirement in the ninth proviso under the heading Transportation Security Administration—Aviation Security in the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2016 (Public Law 114-113), shall apply in fiscal year 2017, except that the reference to this Act shall be treated as referring to this Act.
