406.The Director of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers shall schedule basic or advanced law enforcement training, or both, at all four training facilities under the control of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers to ensure that such training facilities are operated at the highest capacity throughout the fiscal year.
