108.Within 30 days of the date of enactment of this Act, and monthly thereafter, the Secretary or Chief Financial Officer shall certify to the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives whether U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is administering and executing its Enforcement and Removal Operations activities consistent with available budgetary authority provided by law: Provided, That such certification shall include both actual and projected financial obligation data, with the projections informed by seasonality, planned immigration enforcement operations, all relevant enforcement data systems, and other information sources as necessary.
