523.For an additional amount for Management Directorate—Procurement, Construction, and Improvements, $13,253,000, to remain available until expended, for necessary expenses to plan, acquire, design, construct, renovate, remediate, equip, furnish, improve infrastructure, and occupy buildings and facilities for the Department headquarters consolidation project.
