SEC. 110301. FIREARMS LICENSURE AND REGISTRATION TO REQUIRE A PHOTOGRAPH AND FINGERPRINTS. (a) Firearms Licensure.—Section 923(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended in the second sentence by inserting “and shall include a photograph and fingerprints of the applicant” before the period. (b) Registration.—Section 5802 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by inserting after the first sentence the following: “An individual required to register under this section shall include a photograph and fingerprints of the individual with the initial application.”.
